Leadership
Westlake Church Lausanne is led by a team of five elders.
They are, from left to right:
Daniel Constam, Martin Slack, Alphonse Abraham, Tom Rizzo, Clive Wilder-Smith
Martin Slack
Martin is married to Su and they have four daughters. He is British and has been the pastor of Westlake Lausanne since April 2008. Before this he was a medical doctor specialising in neonatal intensive care. So unless you weigh less than 500g you are better off asking Su for medical advice.
Alphonse Abraham
Alphonse is married to Marinette (the church administrator) and they have one son. Alphonse is from Singapore and is a ships' engineer; he and Marinette worked with Mercy Ships. He really should have been signed by Liverpool FC
Daniel Constam
Daniel is married to Angelika and they have one son and two daughters. Daniel is Swiss and a professor of developmental biology at the EPFL. Better than that he can skateboard uphill.
Tom Rizzo
Tom is married to Karen and they have a grown up son and daughter. Tom is American and professor of Chemistry and Dean of Basic Science at the EPFL. A man of his age should really stop playing basketball.
Clive Wilder-Smith
Clive is married to Luzia and they have one son. He is British and a consultant gastro-enterologist. He cares about your gut feeling, but you don't want to ask him any thing more about his work.
