GEMS – Group of English-Speaking MotherS
What?
GEMS (Group for English-speaking MotherS) is offered to the community by Westlake Church. GEMS is a place where mothers can connect with others, belong, be refreshed, encouraged, inspired and loved for who they are, whilst their children are being cared for. The focus of GEMS is on mothers and the group offers them an opportunity to have a break and enjoy an hour of the week for themselves, in the knowledge that their little ones are in safe hands. The mothers’ program offered each term is full of stimulating speakers and opportunities for dynamic discussions as well as plenty of time just to build new friendships.

For Who?
All English-speaking mothers regardless of race, religion, church affiliation or background. Childcare is offered for little ones from newborns up until the age of 5.
When?
GEMS runs from 9.30 until 11am every Tuesday morning from mid-September until the end of June with breaks at Christmas and Easter and during the Vaud school holidays. Click here to see our program.
GemsQuest runs on Mondays for those who would like to explore their faith a little more deeply (babysitting arranged), which alternates with Gems Cafe - open to all, drop in for coffee, a chat and a chance for your little ones to play. Click here to see our program.
