Our Pastor: Tommy Bresson
Tommy serves with a deep passion for helping people grow in their faith and live out the love of Christ. Holding a Master of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan University, he brings both theological depth and practical experience to ministry.
Before stepping into the role of pastor, Tommy spent 7 years leading youth ministry in the greater Geneva area, pouring into the next generation with energy, mentorship, and Biblical guidance.
In addition to ministry, Tommy served for 10 years as a teacher and coach, experiences that shaped his commitment to encouraging and equipping others to reach their God-given potential. Whether in the pulpit, leading a group discussion, or in everyday conversations, Tommy seeks to connect the truths of Scripture to real life.
Tommy and his wife, Meghan, love being at Westlake Nyon, and love raising their daughter in such a unique setting. When not serving the church or community, Tommy enjoys running - partly for fitness, partly for stress-relief, and partly because it’s the only time no one can catch him to ask for help moving a couch!

Youth Ministry: Rhys Owens
After studying Theatre and Media in Wales, Rhys began his career in the leisure industry before spending a year serving in Africa and joining London City Mission as a missionary. He later trained in youth ministry and studied theology in London. Over the past 15 years, Rhys has dedicated his passion to international youth ministry in the UK, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.
Rhys and his wife, Keturah, live in Vaud with their four children, aged 2 to 11, where they have made their home for the past seven and a half years. Beyond sharing the gospel and having deep spiritual conversations with youth, Rhys also loves to go paddleboarding, singing and having a barbeque. You might even find him doing more than one of these at the same time.

Paul Luedtke, Joseph Okebe, & Norbert Hsu
Paul Luedtke
Paul Luedtke is a naturalized Swiss from the U.S. who came here in 1986 to work with Youth for Christ. He has degrees in theology and psychology that he uses in the service of the Lord. His interests include spiritual formation and sailing. He is married to Becky and they have two grown daughters. He leads the Men's Bible Study Group.
Joseph Okebe
Joseph Okebe has been living in Switzerland since 2023, with his wife, and two daughters. He became an elder in 2024 and is very passionate about growing the church's prayer ministry and leadership development.
Norbert Hsu
Norbert has lived in Asia, Australia, and parts of the United States. Since moving to Switzerland with his wife and their daughter, he has been active in Westlake Church. He is excited to use his talents to grow Westlake for God's glory.
