Our Pastor: Tommy Bresson
Tommy serves with a deep passion for helping people grow in their faith and live out the love of Christ. Holding a Master of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan University, he brings both theological depth and practical experience to ministry.
Before stepping into the role of pastor, Tommy spent 7 years leading youth ministry in the greater Geneva area, pouring into the next generation with energy, mentorship, and Biblical guidance.
In addition to ministry, Tommy served for 10 years as a teacher and coach, experiences that shaped his commitment to encouraging and equipping others to reach their God-given potential. Whether in the pulpit, leading a group discussion, or in everyday conversations, Tommy seeks to connect the truths of Scripture to real life.
Tommy and his wife, Meghan, love being at Westlake Nyon, and love raising their daughter in such a unique setting. When not serving the church or community, Tommy enjoys running - partly for fitness, partly for stress-relief, and partly because it’s the only time no one can catch him to ask for help moving a couch!

Our Elders
Paul Luedtke, Natalie Sterne, & Joseph Okebe
Paul Luedtke
Paul Luedtke is a naturalized Swiss from the U.S. who came here in 1986 to work with Youth for Christ. He has degrees in theology and psychology that he uses in the service of the Lord. His interests include spiritual formation and sailing. He is married to Becky and they have two grown daughters. He leads the Men's Bible Study Group.
Joseph Okebe
Joseph Okebe has been living in Switzerland since 2023, with his wife, and two daughters. He became an elder in 2024 and is very passionate about growing the church's prayer ministry and leadership development.
Natalie Sterne
Natalie Sterne has been involved with Westlake since 2021. She currently serves on the welcome team, in the children's ministry, and on the overseas missions committee. She is passionate about encouraging people to become life-long followers of Jesus Christ for the glory of God. Natalie is married to Jonathan and they have three teenage sons.
Our Youth Ministry:
Meghan Bresson
Meghan is a missionary with Youth For Christ International (YFCI), and is helping with our youth program. Meghan spent many years as a teacher and loved being able to work with teens within that capacity.
Now, she is thrilled to be in a position where she can be more open and direct about her faith and help students find their identity in Christ. And, if you ever have a craving for something sweet, let her know and she’ll happily bake for you!
